This year on 8th July I'll be taking part in the London 10K Run and this is one challenge I won't be chickening out of. As long as there's no fowl play and there'll be people to egg me on I'll be sure to have a good chance of winning, if not that then at least 24,999th! I have a suspicious feeling the egg may want to be first. (Sorry that was pretty lame).

Our aim has always been to establish a respite ‘in-care’ facility for patients who are terminally ill providing a sanctum of great love and care. The in-care service will be housed at our existing property, and run in conjunction with the day care centre.  So please donate generously every penny you give really does make a difference.
