I am doing this skydive to raise funds for more research into this horrible disease. Every penny helps, even 2x50p coins make a pound so please dig deep and donate, ask friends and family, raid your copper jars, get your hand down the back of your settee, anything to help. In George's mothers own words below:

George is 14 years old and was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy when he was 3 and half . Duchenne is a severe life limiting muscle wasting condition for which there is currently no cure .
 Three years ago we set up the family fund named Georges Journey . We raise money exclusively for MDUK's Duchenne research breakthrough fund in the hope of finding treatments and ultimatley a cure for this shocking condition . To date with the help of family , friends , the local community and MDUK we have raised £124,714.00 . All for vital research .
