Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your donation is greatly appreciated and will go a long way to help support individuals that rely on Suffolk Mind.
With the success of the Pathfinder March in June raising in excess of £28,000 for RAFA, the Wheel chair marathon with the inspirational Sean Allerton and raising just under £150 for Suffolk Mind, I have kept the fundraising page open to try and raise some more money for the charity. Please read on to learn a little more about Suffolk Mind and what your donations will help fund.
I have chosen Suffolk Mind to promote awareness and raise funds for the charity especially in these uncertain times. Suffolk Mind helps people with a myriad of mental health issues.
All of us have mental health, just as we have physical health. We are all on the mental health continuum – and we move up and down it depending on how we cope with the challenges of life and the stresses that it creates.
Suffolk Mind works across the continuum, from wellbeing to ‘severe and enduring’ mental ill-health, providing support & information for everyone. Please support Suffolk Mind by donating and allowing them to continue their work. Every little helps.
REMEMBER; if you need to reach out then please do so, we all need to talk sometimes.
Here’s some stats to show how your fundraising can help support other people through Suffolk Mind:
£40 could pay for 1 counselling session
£100 could cover producing and printing a service leaflet
£250 could pay for six counselling sessions
£500 could pay for a course of trauma treatment

12 Days of Christmas
The 12 days of Christmas is predominantly a RAFA event, I am raising money for both RAFA and Suffolk Mind.
Help us get to Lapland! From the UK to Lapland it's 2,237 miles, and we want you to help us get there to support Santa!
Walk, run, dance or festive jig your way through the first 12 days of Christmas, recording the activity through Strava, Huawei Health and let's get to Lapland!
Each day an event log will be uploaded to this page to probe the distance covered. It can be completed by running, walking, cycling , rowing as long as the info is uploaded to JG to prove this is what was covered.
