I have decided to take the plunge and face my fear of heights by doing a Skydive!

Having proudly worked at Aspire for 14 years now I have seen first hand the difference the charity has made to the lives of many people and just what a vital service they provide and every donation will go a long way to improving the lives for many people affected by a spinal cord injury.

Every four hours someone is paralysed by a spinal cord injury and Our services help people move from injury to independence. Whether that is through adaptive housing or technology.
