Story
On 31st December I completed my 31st (and final!) topless 5k run in the cold. A number of neighbours were out on the street to cheer my last few hundred yards, which was lovely!
I think it struck a chord with people when they found out I was doing such a chilly challenge for a charity supporting homelessness, and I really appreciate everyone who has shown support. Thank you all so much, to everyone who waved, honked their horns and donated!

Inspired by Crisis's IceBreaker fundraising challenge, every day in December I will be doing a 5k run in the cold, in just trainers and shorts.
I hope to raise money and awareness for those in the UK who don't have a warm home to return to (around 4,500 people are sleeping rough) or are facing homelessness (around 280,000 are homeless - that's bigger than Derby's population).
This challenge is about facing the cold, so I will wearing shorts (not trousers) and no t-shirt/top, gloves, hat, bandana etc. December's average temperature is around 5 deg C, though it will be much colder on certain days (we've already seen some frosty mornings this November).
2020 has been hard for so many people, but if you can afford to spare anything and sponsor me I would really, really appreciate it.
