I am taking part in the Run Frimley 2023 10k taking place at Frimley Lodge Park on Sunday 30th April to raise money for Frimley Health. 

I am aiming to raise £100 for this worthy cause, which is close to home, as it’s the charity of the hospital I work at, so I know how important your donations are to them.

Frimley Health exists to enhance patient care at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust by providing support that is above & beyond the NHS budget, making patient care & comfort better primarily by raising funds for enhanced facilities & medical equipment.We work hard with the hospitals to ensure that the charity is providing the added extras that genuinely enhance the healthcare available to your local community in a way that would not otherwise be possible.You can help to save & improve patients’ lives at your local hospital.
