Hi all!

As most of you know, Simon was a keen cyclist and was out on 1 of his 3 bikes at any available opportunity.

He tried his best to get me out with him and one thing he always mentioned was that he would love me to do the London to Brighton bike ride with him. I just laughed and nodded. 

But thats now changed. On the 8th of Septemer 2013 I shall be doing the ride he always wanted us to do, in his memory. 

He will probably be up there laughing at the thought of it, with a pint in his hand. I wish he was here in person to do the ride with me, but i know his spirit will always be by my side and keep me going. 

With that said, let the training begin!!
