Having got used to walking the dog for a few minutes each day I feel I am now ready to walk across South Africa, although I might have to ditch the green wellies for some proper shoes. [ By the way Ricky is not coming, I can't carry that many pooh bags]
I will be walking across all types of terrain in South Africa for up to 8 hours a day, culminating in trekking to the top of Table Mountain
I will be sleeping in tents and I understand we even have to bring our own loo paper!
My friend Emma  Kemble Fox is  trekking with me and she has a page too.
