18 months ago I could not run round the car park. Now I am booked to run the Great North Run 2013. That is a half marathon or 21km. Which ever way you look at it, it is a long way. I promise to train hard. It is a great motivation knowing that  people have pledged their hard earned money to a charity that I believe in.
