I am running the Birmingham Half Marathon for Cancer Research UK. Please help me to raise a big fat chunk of money to try and help beat cancer.

During my run I will be thinking about Nicola-a friend and nurse who I trained with who is currently having treatment for lymphoma. She has been inspirational since receiving her diagnosis and ran the 'Race for Life' not long after finishing her recent chemo. She's a star! Please dig deep!

The run is also for both of my Grandmas-for Grandma Pam who sadly passed away and Grandma June who beat breast cancer.

Most of us know someone affected by cancer. Please please please help me to raise LOADS of money for Cancer Research UK!!!!!
