Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have spent far to many years being told to 'snap out of it', 'you will get over it', 'it's not that bad', 'be thankful for what you have'...............and on and on................If I look back, I have most probably been depressed for most of my adult life. Finally, 18 months ago, I was diagnosed with Bipolar. I was scared, suddenly I was 'marked' with a 'problem'.........the crazy lady! but hey, I was happy, there was a genuine reason I felt the way I did!

Do not be afraid to reach out, do not be afraid of labels.

It is time we all Walked Out Of The Darkness!
