Since being diagnosed with Kidney Disease last year & discovering I only have 1 functioning kidney.... I wanted to say thank the amazing staff at both Charing Cross and Hammersmith hospital for getting me through such a turmoil time and help to save my fastly decreasing kidney function to a point where I could have had dialysis. Without their knowledge and expertise I could have been in a much worse place.... Now a year on since my surgery and constant monitoring with the renal team to make sure my kidney function stays stable... I have relooked at my health and slowly I have changed my lifestyle around and therefor have set myself a challenge..... So help me raise money for Kidney Research and the sheer utter madness of a 5k obsticle run.... Something I would never think of doing....
