ON SATURDAY 14TH MARCH I’LL BE TAKING PART IN THE EMA2NOTTS RUN A 16 MILE  RUN FROM EASTMIDLANDS AIRPORT TO THE NOTTINGHAM CASTLE , THIS IS A GREAT CHALLENGE FOR ME AND I LOOK FORWARD TO HELPING RAISE MONEY FOR  BOWEL CANCER UK WITH THE SUPPORT OF FACEBOOK FRIENDS ,
