OK - so I am trying to do some good and raise money for Cancer Research while at the same time battling middle age by running 10k around the lovely grounds of Hampton Court. Lets hope it is not blowing a storm! 

I am going to try and run it under an hour but no doubt will come up with a list of plausible excuses if I don't manage it.
