On the 5th of March 2011 there will be a group of us at the top of the Obel Tower - thats 26 storeys high i think - ready to abseil the whole way down it *gulp* for a very good cause. We are raising money for Ulster Cancer Foundation and Save the Children. These charities do amazing work both in Northern Ireland and further afield. Any donations would be much appreciated - it doesnt matter how little or how much as it will all help :-)

Im abseiling at 14.45 on March 5th so if anyone wants to come along and support ur all more than welcome.
