Story

Dear All

Thank you for visiting our sponsorship page.

The London Marathon is on the bucket list and the challenge has been taken!

We are good friends and dedicated runners! This for us is a chance of a lifetime.

On the 23rd April 2023 we will be running the London Marathon in aid of Action Medical Research. It’s really great to be able to do something we love while helping a very important cause.

We have chosen to fundraise for ‘Action Medical Research’ for their wonderful work that aims to improve and support thousands of children’s lives.

Around 60,000 children in the UK have epilepsy, and up to a third of the children continue to suffer with debilitating seizures despite medication, and sometimes even require brain surgery. This is one of the vital areas of work that Action Medical Research undertakes, and one that especially touches my heart.

The children are our future!

Any donations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much.
