This year I lost my Nana to cancer.  Towards the end of her life, she was cared for and supported by Marie Curie Hospice in Penarth.  This centre is purely public funded, and relies on charitable support to keep the cogs turning.

Last year I vowed 'never again', but for such a worthy cause, I am dragging the trisuit out of the draw, and dragging my butt around Caldicot to raise money for such a special and worth while charity.
