Story

On the 3rd September I will be walking 25km in the South Coast Challenge 2022 to raise money for Young Lives vs Cancer, in memory of beautiful and brave  Lola, who passed away last year from cancer. I will be walking with her mum Jo and close friends Cathy & Michele (Team Sunflowers) . We hope to raise as much money as possible for this amazing charity who supported Lola and her family from Lola’s diagnosis and throughout her treatment.

As a group we are all used to walking together with our four legged friends. However, this is usually a social walk with a coffee stop along the way! For Team Sunflowers to walk 25km along the hilly South Coast  is going to be a challenge but knowing that we are raising money for such a worthwhile cause will keep us going.

Donating through Just Giving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe, they will never pass your details on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they will send the money directly to the charity.

THANK YOU for reading our story and for any contribution you are able to make. Any sponsorship raised will help other families and children not have to face cancer alone.
