Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page. I'm walking 20 miles in the Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire Pink Ribbonwalk to fundraise for Breast Cancer Care. 

Cancer care has given so much support to lots of my family and friends. There are some that have survived and continue to benefit from this support, but unfortunately their are also some that are no longer with us - Mary Morris, Penny Mumford, Charlotte Moss and Vern Moss to name but a few.  For all of these I hope to complete this personal challenge to continue to give my support and hopefully show some of the determination and guts that they all had.

6th January - first start of my personal training.  Walked 3 miles in an hour - even through the hail and wind.  Will need to pick up the pace if I want to achieve the full 20 in under 6 hours.  Felt good so same again tomorrow.

1st March   Up to 13 miles now and it is getting trickier - especialy over the hills this morning!!!  There are about 19 of us from work doing this challenge and I am up to just over £500, which I am so pleased and touched about.  Thank you to everyone who has sponsored me so far.  x
