I'm taking part again for the 9th year running in Cancer Research UK's Race for Life.  This is in memory of my wonderful dad Terry James, who we all love and miss so much!  The world carries on, but it dosn't get any easier I miss him as much today as I did 9 years ago.  I am joined this year for the first time by my beautiful grandaughter, Piper Flint, and my Mum, my sister, Nicola and my lovely niece, Cherry James.
