This year Myself, Kerry & a couple of friends are taking part in the Santa Dash- Your Dash, Your Day, Your Way: walking 6miles around Scarborough’s Seafront, on 7th December 2021, we have chosen to do our dash on the 7th as we did last year, in memory of my beautiful, amazing, perfect mum, who I so sadly lost on 7th December 2019.

My mum spent her last 2 weeks in Saint Catherine’s Hospice after a very tough, cruel battle with breast cancer. I was able to stay by my mums side during that time, and before this we also had support at home from the hospice team. Each and every person at the hospice were absolutely amazing, providing care, support and a feeling of comfort in such a horrible time. Your donations mean the hospice can provide this invaluable care. I am so grateful for any donations, it really means a lot. I know my mum will be watching over us with her big beautiful smile on the day. 

I am taking part in the Saint Catherine's Hospice Santa Dash 2021 to help raise vital funds for our local hospice.Saint Catherine's provide care to people across a 1,600 square mile area in our local community and need to raise £8,000 every single day, £5million a year, to provide their care free of charge to those who need it.Thank you to everyone who donates to my fundraising page, together we can make a real difference for those in our area living with a terminal illness.
