So we're running the great south run next Sunday, it's taken blood, sweat, a few visits to the physio and bruises in unspeakable places but hopefully we're ready.  Last time I swore never again...... Sadly I appear to have the memory of a goldfish.  Anyway- if you would like to sponsor us it would be much appreciated.
