Fundraising for Cruse Bereavement Support
The death of someone close can be shattering. Everyone experiences grief differently; there is no normal or right way to grieve. How we react will be influenced by many different things, including our age and personality, our cultural background and religious beliefs, or our previous experiences of bereavement. Most people will cope with help from family and friends, but for those who need additional support or specialist help, Cruse offers free confidential support.Cruse Surrey North provides advice, information and support to anyone who has been bereaved (children, young people and adults), whenever or however the death occurred. The service is provided by trained, experienced volunteers and is confidential and free. As I walk all 96 miles of the West Highland Way in April I'm hoping any donations will spur me on!
