I have a friend that has always been there for me during all the challenges I have faced and all the wonderful things that have come from those battles. 

Now she has a very special small boy who may need some support and help throughout his life.  I wanted to do some thing for them to say thank you to her and in my way be there for them all as they face the challenges that life dealing with PWS may bring.
