Hey all, I am competing in three events this summer. I am doing a 14k swim in Thames, Tough Mudder and the Cardiff Half. I am doing this to support and raise funds for Cardiff Women's Aid

Cardiff Women's Aid is committed to ending violence against women and girls and supporting survivors of violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence (VAWDASV). We continue to support survivors and their children in Cardiff and the surrounding areas by providing aftercare and recovery services and a warm, safe space in emergency accommodation.
