Event: Inca Trail Trek 2022, from 1 July 2022 to 10 July 2022
Nightingale House introduces its next spectacular overseas challenge. This classic Inca Trail encompasses 3 high mountain passes culminating in the unforgettable sight of Machu Picchu through the Sun Gate mirrored with views across the Andes.

Story

We, along with everyone else have been touched by not only the loss of loved ones to Cancer but by the wonderful help and support provided by Nightingale House Hospice. When we became aware of this challenge, we decided that we could help support this incredible charity which costs approx. 3.1 million a year to run and take part in something amazing. To trek the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu will be NO holiday, it will be very challenging but something we aspire to achieve. In fact suffering with McArdles Disease, I will find it more challenging than most so not only will I be raising money for a fantastic charity, I will hopefully be inspiring people with a rare muscle disorder that sometimes struggle to put one foot in front of the other. Myself and John feel really honoured to be involved and hope people will be generous in supporting us and Nightingale House Hospice.
