Having recently retired and having more time to myself I have entered The Ford London Ride 100.  

Since retiring I have enjoyed giving my time to my local city St Asaph, becoming chairman of the local football team and supporting the local school with taking care of the school grounds. St Asaph is home to St Kentigern’s Hospice who over the past 25 years have delivered specialist palliative and end of life care for many local families, including my close family. St Kentigern’s have supported the local football team, who are proud to wear their logo on their shirts on match days.  I would like to be able to raise some much needed money to allow them to continue their fantastic work.

I will be riding 100 miles through the streets on London on May 28th 2023. Keep up to date with my training on my Strava page and please feel to share some words of encouragement!
