I have been involved with Rugby League cares for the past few years, having undertook London to Paris 2016 and the first ride to Wembley from the Rhino's home ground Headingly last year.

Last year was a fantastic team that did it and honoured to be part of it with great team and spirit.Although a hard one for me at times and a very painful visit to the physio part way through, Although when your with Keith Senior it is not advisable to say you are in pain!!! As I have been reminded ever since by him.

This years ride is bigger than ever with 24 riders taken part and also a tougher route this year from Manchester media city to the fantastic Wembley Stadium. Some real tough climbs involved over the peak district.

Some great ex players taking part this year Chev Walker, Robbie Paul, Andy Lynch, Gaz Ellis.

RL Cares is a great cause helping everybody associated within the Rugby league community.
