Story

Due to events being postponed due to COVID 19 over the last year or so, I am now faced with a challenge of doing 3 events in 3 consecutive months.

1st Event - Sun 08/08/21:completed 03:33:41
My 1st attempt of a Triathlon - London Triathlon (Olympic Distance - 1500m Swim, 40km Cycle, 10km Run)

2nd Event - Sun 12/09/21 completed 06:09::18
Brighton Marathon (26.2 Miles)

3rd Event - Sun 03/10/21 completed 02:13:25
Chelmsford Half Marathon (13.1Miles)

If you can come and support me on any of the days it would be greatly appreciated.

St Francis Hospice have and continue to be of great support to me and my family.

They cared for my Wife - Lisa , during her illness and her final weeks, I will be eternally grateful for the treatment Lisa received in their care.

St Francis Hospice requires additional funding to be able to do the outstanding work they do.

Please donate as this really does make a difference.
