We fund research and raise awareness to transform treatments and survival rates

Story

Please donate here to help us reach our £500 target for Ovarian Cancer Action.

It is a charity extremely close to our hearts. Max's mum, Sarah, tragically passed away from Ovarian Cancer in November 2021 after her diagnosis three years prior. It was a charity picked by Sarah and we wanted to do our part in honouring that.

Here's what OCA have to say...

We are Ovarian Cancer Action –action is one third of our name but it’s 100% of what we are about. Each year, 7,500 women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer and right now, other cancers, such as breast cancer, had better survival rates two generations ago than ovarian cancer does today. We’re here to change all that.

We work to raise awareness and understanding of the 4 main symptoms of ovarian cancer so women know what to look out for. We also fund innovative research with world leading labs so we can make the biggest impact we can for improved treatments – and save more lives.

But, of course, there’s more work to be done. Take action with us now and transform the lives of women today and for generations to come.

Follow Finn, Max and Harry as we take on the 2023 Mongol Rally for charity. 10,000 miles across deserts and mountain ranges in a car that looks like we traded for a packet of quavers behind Sainsbury's.

We are the UK’s leading ovarian cancer research charity. In the UK only 1 in 3 women live more than 10 years after diagnosis. We are working to better prevent, treat and detect ovarian cancer, so that by 2032 at least half of women with ovarian cancer live for 10 years.
