Hi, and thanks for stopping by!  I've signed up for the Adidas Women's 5K Challenge, in Hyde Park on 11 September.  It's a short run but trust me it will feel to me quite longer :-). 

I would like to dedicate my run to the millions in East Africa who are suffering one of the worst droughts, ever.  The British Red Cross' East Africa Appeal needs your help.  Please donate whatever you can to this cause.  Even a fiver will do!
