Thanks for taking the time to look at my page.

I am taking part in the Aspire Channel Swim 2011. The aim is to swim 22 miles (equivalent of the English Channel) although not all in one go, thankfully!

The event takes place from 12th September untill 4th December 2011.

I took part in 2009 and feel that I should do it again to raise money for a very worthy cause.

Aspire help people who have been paralysed by spinal cord injuries.

Please give what you can, every penny will help someone who really needs it.
