<p>Thanks for taking the time to look at my page.</p> <p>I am taking part in the Aspire Channel Swim 2011. The aim is to swim 22 miles (equivalent of the English Channel) although not all in one go, thankfully!</p> <p>The event takes place from 12th September untill 4th December 2011.</p> <p>I took part in 2009 and feel that I should do it again&nbsp;to raise money for a very worthy cause.</p> <p>Aspire help people who have been paralysed by spinal cord injuries.</p> <p>Please give what you can, every penny will help someone who really needs it.</p> <p>Thankyou very much.&nbsp; xxxxx</p>
