Story
Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Well, I fancied a bit of a challenge this year in the run up to my 40th and I have most definitely found it - physically, psychologically and emotionally this is going to take all I’ve got – and probably a bit (lot) more!!
So what is it??
On 7th June I will be doing:
The Brecon challenge – 27 miles, in 12 hours, across the Brecon Beacons
The Brecon Beacons are the beautiful and stunning hills that run through the centre of South Wales and are the training ground of the SAS. As you can imagine, The Beacons route will provide an extreme physical workout and a psychologically taxing challenge. We will cross the highest peaks in the Beacons and South Wales including Pen y Fan (886m), Corn Du (873m), Cribyn (795m) and Fan y Big (719m).
Those of you that know me will be aware of just how massive a challenge this will be for me!!
All donations are greatly appreciated and will help towards the amazing work that the British Red Cross do both here in the UK and internationally.
All that is left to say is THANK YOU and wish me luck!!!!!
