On Sunday 18th May I will be taking part in the Bupa Great Manchester 10k Run as two close friends recently lost their young son to a little known condition called Dravets Syndrome.

I've never done anything like this before and as most people will know this will be a big challenge for myself but I'm really looking forward to it and hoping to raise some money in the process.
