There are around 50 of us who will be completing the Coast to Coast Cycle Ride (almost 150 miles) over the weekend of 28th to 30th May 2011, in an effort to raise money through sponsorship for Macmillan Cancer Support.

This is a worthy cause, an organisation that carries out an outstanding job of support to many families for the terminally ill.

This is a great challenge to me personally, for those that know me will recognise that I do like my food and I suppose I am not your natural athlete. This is where my cracking sense of humour (yeah right) comes into play
