For some mad reason I have agreed to join my fellow colleagues in the 10k Royal Marines Commando Challenge taking place on Sunday 7th October 2012 at 1022hrs. We each need to raise at least £60.00 towards charity (in addition to our own fee to enter the challenge) the chosen charities are Devon Air Ambulance and The C Group.  I am sure you all agree these are worthy causes and significant to The Vincents as David was previously a Royal Marine for 10 years.
