I have a personal link with St Davids Foundation as my father and mother received help and support during my fathers last weeks  more than 20 years ago.

As many of you are aware I have also had some health issues of my own (thankfully not cancer) and have finally taken things in hand, lost 5 stone (more to come) feeling fit and health.

What better way of rejoicing in a new lease of life than raising money for St Davids, my aim is to RUN  the course.
