Morecambe Bay is notoriously dangerous. Due to it's fast tides and quick sands, many lives have been sadly lost. We have decided to do this organised walk to raise awareness of the dangers of the estuary while raising awareness and money for the brave men and woman that risk their lives volunteering with the RNLI. This walk is possible due to our guide on the day, the queen's official guide, Mr Cedric Robinson MBE, who has been leading walks across the bay safely since 1963.
