As most people know I will be leaving the Royal Navy in May 2015 after 22 years. I am not going to have  a leaving do as all of my friends live all over the country and as im still recovering from the effects of chemo I feel  it would be too much to organise. To celebrate I am going to take part in the Brighton Marathon in April 2015.
