Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am raising money in memory of my Dad who died of cancer in August 2007. He was always obsessed with his hair and always encouraged me to grow mine.
I've been growing and looking after my hair now for over 5 years and tend to turn heads and shock people because it now goes past my bum! It is in excellent condition because I don't dye it or bleach or back comb it, I rarely even use hair products on it. It really is my pride and joy!
My long hair has always been a big part of my life and personality and I realised when my Dad got ill from chemo how losing hair effects people, so I decided the make the ultimate sacrifice by doing a sponsored hair chop and then donating my hair to people who need it more than me- Little Princesses (they make wigs for kids with cancer) and raising money for Macmillan to do this to try to give something back to the people who helped my Dad at his lowest point and no doubt millions of others.
I have a personal target so please help me get it because I won't be cutting my hair off until the target is met.
