Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. This summer I am going to attempt to complete three ultra marathons to raise vital funds for a local charity that means a lot to many of us.   

Race to the Tower 8/9 June 52.4 miles the Cotswolds Way,                  Race to the King 22/23 June 53 miles the South Downs Way                    Race to the Stones 13/14 July 66 miles the Ridgeway 

I am holding several fundraising events to help me reach my target. The first is on the Saturday 16th February at Wishbone Brewery where we will be having live music and a raffle and of course, a special 'fundraising' beer on the bar for all to enjoy!  All proceeds from the sale of this beer will be going toward my fundraising total. Many thanks to Adrian and Emma for making this happen. 12noon until 9pm bar is open.

Saturday 20th April Claire at Anchor Residential homes Town End Close in Crosshills is holding an Easter 'Egg-stravaganzer' family funday/coffee morning. She is organising an Easter Egg Hunt as well as face painting and plenty of cake stalls, tombola and white elephant. 

There will also be a family fun day on Saturday 4th May at The Slaters Arms in Bradley. Live music from the superb local band Night Patrol, hog roast and raffle. The first bank holiday weekend of the spring is almost certainly going to be hot and sunny! Natalie and Neil have kindly allowed me to take over their wonderful beer garden for the afternoon. 

If you are unable to make any of these events please feel free to give anything you can afford to. Every pound adds up and I have a seemingly huge amount to raise. Please be aware that ALL of what you donate will be going to Sue Ryder. I am funding all travel and accomodation from my own pocket. 

Huge thank you to Heather and Maurice Jackson of Low Woodside Farm Silsden who have given me leave from my milk delivery job to enter these events. They have also kick started my fundraising by being my very first sponsor.
