Eeek!  I think I might have done something a bit crazy!  I have signed myself (and Paul!) to do a 10k race in support for CRiBS.  I have never done this before so it is a little bit daunting.  The race is in May and is to be held in Darent Valley. 

The training has begun and I am hitting the streets to be able to actually get round the 10k without stopping...
