So me and physical exercise have never really gone hand in hand but here I am about to embark on a 4 day 300mile (500km) ride on September 15th -18th. We've so far done a few training rides and I've survived!

Street Action is a charity I've supported for years now, not only because I think what they do is so important (helping street kids in South Africa get off the streets) but also because the way they set up their organisation to ensure all the money you donate goes direct to the projects on the ground. And those projects are very grass roots, no swanky computers, high priced office buldings & huge advertising budgets.
