In these unusual and difficult times, we want to help our fantastic local NHS team in any small way we can.  We are all at home all day, so what better way to help, than to do some exercise and raise some money.

So sometime soon, in April; Dad, Grant, Louis, James and Elle will do a relay swim of 108 lengths each (1 mile) - 5 miles.  Easy for the kids but slightly harder for Dad...
