Thank you for visiting the fundraising page for my pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela in April/May 2004. All the money raised will go to extending the Girl's Hostel in Nagpur, which means that more ex-Untouchable girls will be able to receive a secondary education. I visited this project and was really moved - it is very bare and spartan but the kids and staff were exuberant.

The blurb says "Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Karuna Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you." If you don't want to use this site, send me a cheque made out to 'Karuna Trust' with a note saying you are a UK taxpayer.
