Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Our team name is Darby and Joan. We are taking part in the sprint(!) distance triathlon on the 9th August: Swim 750m (David), Bike 20km (David) and Run 5km (Ann). We will be embarking on a Curry and Pint recovery evening afterwards to soothe our aching limbs and creaking joints. We will then be trying out a new relaxation technique called Doing F All.
