For all who know me, know how much my dear friend John meant to me. He is in my thoughts all the time. We shared may great times together. One thing we both never considered due to us both being poor swimmers was a triathlon so I have trained hard at swimming in order to achieve a goal. Im sure he will be with me in spirit on the day.
