I am once again running in the Grand East Anglia 10k run (3rd May) and hoping to beat last years time of 45 minutes.

This year I am running in memory of my nephew Matthew who sadly died of cancer in February aged just 8. 

Quidenham Children's Hospice provided Matthew and his family with wonderful care and support during this difficult time and in view of that I have chosen to support EACH this year.
