THE CHALLENGE: We will be attempting the toughest challenge in golf... playing 72 holes (4 rounds), hitting 300 shots and walking 20 miles in just one day. The challenge is on the 22nd June at Chelsfield Lakes Golf Club, who have kindly offered their support to us on this challenge, providing the course and use of their facilities to us free of charge, so every penny raised goes to Macmillan Cancer Support.

THE COURSE: Chelsfield Lakesis situated in the stunning countryside where it provides the ideal location for a relaxing game of golf in tranquil surroundings with a great mixture of Orchards, bunkers and water hazards. The course is very easily reached from the M25 junction 4 and the A20 from central London.

Chelsfield Lakes is a 18 hole, par 71 parkland and wooded course measuring 6112 yards. The layout has been carefully designed to provide a challenge for golfers of all standards from Scratch to beginner. Brand new facilities added are a refurbished Driving range and a brand new refurbished 9 hole course opening Summer 2009), which will enable golfers of all abilities to enjoy the facilities.  http://www.chelsfieldlakesgolf.co.uk/
