This year, as I am unable to run, swim and bike like 2021, I am supporting my wife as she endeavours to raise funds both for the Norfolk Trust to support their excellent work and to help the Matlaske Benefice in its care for the young people in the parishes, through the provision of activities such as a Toddler Group, events in churches and on village greens and at Easter and Christmas.
